  1. Wash and peel ginger. Then cut it lengthwise in thick pieces. Spread on a muslin cloth and let it dry under moderate sunlight.
  2. Then heat oil in a pan till smoking point and remove oil from flame.
  3. Let oil cool slightly and then add all the ingredients in it.
  4. Mix it well and let the ginger pickle cool itself completely. Then fill it in an airtight jar.
  5. Your delicious ginger pickle will get ready to eat in 4 days.
